I ordered a smart watch from their website. The product I got and the product which was shown was not even close to each other. So I tried contacting them through mobile and email for the past 3 days and there is no response. In there website they have mentioned about their refund policy but it is impossible to contact them. My product was delivered through blue dart order no: 5********41. Kindly close this website and catch those fraud and help people.
If you guys want to scam people as such then its okay I understand. But be aware of one thing this is hard earned money of people that you are looting
Today I received the product with Bluedart Courier AWB: 5********44 and I had bought the watch for my 6 year old nephew but its India of course that I forgot and fell for this trap
The product is not worth more than 600 - 700 bucks but I being an Indian paid a hefty 5 times the amount Rs/- 3040/- to be exact
I know nothing would be done against these scammers and money is gone already
But its an effort if people come to this website and read my review hope that the will not be victims like me
A full refund or an exchange to get the actual displayed product would be a dream that will never come true.
