i had ordered a ucb watch on 23/12/2010(order no-IN2312100169). i have sent them 4-5 mails but im nt getting any response.also i have called them atleast 50 times and every time i get a standard answer that the product will be dispatched in 3 days. rs 534 has been deducted from my account.. pls pls help me out
