Fake product with "yepyou.in", contact details "care@station.deals" and "bookmyofferggn@mail.buildabazaar.com"

I ordered the power bank (Samsung and MI, both reputed companies product. I had doubts purchasing this at such low price (Rs 99 + shipping Rs 599) but I thought Yep You is new entrant and may be they are promoting this.
I received the gadgets in good condition physically.
As described in the literature I charged the chargers for 5-6 hours.
I tested by charging my Samsung Galaxy S4 whose battery is around 2500MAH. As per the minimum specifications it should have charged approx 3 times.
The MI (10800MAH) charged till 28% of the battery and it drained out. I put the Samsung battery charger (9000MAH) and it further charged to 45% and drained out. So adding both the external battery pack my galaxy s5 battery was charged to 45%.
Above steps was repeated after charging the two battery chargers again but more or less similar results.
