I have some great concerns for the fraud and cheat business running by the 2 guys 1)Mr. Sandip Pradhan 2)Mr. Saroj Dubey in the name of Accurix Infotech Pvt Ltd company which is based in Kolkata and which is a part of again another fraud company Accurix technologies bhubaneshwar(As they are mentioning).These 2 guys are hiring fresher candidates who are struggling for jobs and taking bad advantages of their job struggling.They are asking for security deposit in the name of company of rupees 60000 and saying that they are recruting them as SAP consultant and this secuirty deposit is a part of 2 years bond in which they have mentioned that they will provide 8000 rupees per month as a stipend for initial 3 months and after 3 months salary will be around 12000-15000.

They dont have any projects and these guys are showing fake experience of the employees and filling the gaps and representing them to various huge companies with fraud and cheat intentions.Till date more than 50 candidates have been cheated this way and they are struggling for salary and stipend too.At the time of interview they are saying we have so many clients and you will need to go client location for projects but after joining the scenario gets changed.No client and no project. They are seeking for projects by showing fake experiences of these freshers and creating fraud profile of company itself.They are showing clients that Accurix infotech is having more than 250 consultants and industry certified and they all are experienced.They are showing their clients list which is again a fake list.Not a single client they have.

Now a days they have started another MLM firm in the name of You Gain which will again eat the money of normal people. 2 people have already got an offer from COllabera on the basis of fake experience.This way they are cheating not only job seekers but huge IT companies too.
I have the offer letter provided by them and all mail confirmations which i have taken from their HR- (wrong commitments mentioning mails prior job) and confirmation from accurix ceo mail id about returing my money which has not yet been returned.

first they email me that we are providing SAP consultant job but u have to first signed 2 years bond of Rs.60000/- and after 2 years they will refund 35000/-. and if we left the company they will refund nothing. and if they will terminate us the company is liable to pay us 35000/- and they emailed me offer letter for SAP FI consultant job in that it is mentioned that we are trainee for the 3 months and our salary will be 8000/- per month and after 3 months our salary will be 12000/- per month and we will be SAP Consultant. and we have to direct reporting to Team Leader and we have to visit client site. and after joining the company nothing is like that this company having no clients that we know after 3 months. they are started providing training for the 3 months and after that they told that those who had completed 3 months they are not getting any salary and we are going to outsource them by showing fake Experience certificate. This is not mentioned any where in bond and offer letter, and for 4th 5th 6th month they have not provide any salary and they are not able to outsource also. Fraud Code of Conduct of this company. Plz do not invest any money to get job in this fake & fraud company. They even dont have money pay to their employee as committed on their joining.
