Respected Sir,

I Mohamed Akbar a resident of old masjid Mohalla Magadi town Ramanagaram district .

This is regards with our property bearing survey number 21 measuring – 12 hetacar , 20 guntas, Karagaada halli Village, Magadi taluk, Ramanagaram district .

With lot of respect and trust we are writing this you to get the Justice.

We believe in “LAW OF LAND “ Nothing else.


Summary:

Our land has been acquired, used for roads, We have (Mohamed Akbar and Mohamed Azeemulla ) beaten up without mercy , they even tried to kill us, we have been threaten many time , we have been harassed by the police ( Magadi town ). Now a Fake FIR bearing no. 0197/2013 filled against Us without any provision by the police of Magadi town ( Sub-Inspector, Dharmaygowda ( 91-********52) , PC Shankar)

1)dated on 27-june-2013 we have approached to Tahasildhar of Magadi town, Requesting to call Rangaswamy and his family who have removed the Government surveyed land Points ( Bangass ) and acquired some of Our land for agriculture and to make Borewell Machine room.



2)On 27-july-2013 we have approached Magadi Police station with complaint but the S.I
Dharmay-gowda ( 91-********52) has refuged to take the complaint .

3)Rangaswamy and the above people have failed a fake complaint against us and with police help they have made the roads in Our land.

We have every thing burn in DVD has been enclosed for the same which shows how they have acquired our land and made the roads.

4)we Also given a complaint stating for our land acquisition , taken Dharmay-gowda ( 91-********52 ) to the spot and shown the how they have acquired and made the roads but of no use.

5)Dated on Aug-01-2013, We (Mohamed Akbar and Mohamed Azeemulla ) saw and observed) that they are keep acquiring our land and told to stop but instead with more than 50 people Including the above mentioned people ( Point A) have beaten us without mercy (Mohamed Akbar and Mohamed Azeemulla) they tried killing us and with God grace we (Mohamed Akbar and Mohamed Azeemulla) were able to escape –

Please note : Even though My Son Sikander Pasha ( from Bangalore ) have been in constant touch with S.I , Cirle of Magadi town and DSP of Ramanagaram dist., But no help to protect US from getting molested .

Finally with the help of TV-9 we were able to file FIR – Bearing no – 0194/2013 against people mentioned in Point A .


6)On 20-7-2013, We have filed a Civil Case no - OS.No:283/2013 against them in the civil court.


7)On dated, Sep-21-2013, We ((Mohamed Akbar and Mohamed Azeemulla) went to police station to enquire about the FIR – Bearing no – 0194/2013, Against above A list people, But we have told that there a FIR bearing no. 0197/2013 filled against me and my family. (LIST B) Which was shocked US , we have been asked to get the bail , we have called DSP of Ramanagar dist but not help.

Around 6 PM IST, Manju Alias Benkee , So.no 5 in LIST A has gain beaten up us ( Mohamed Akbar and Mohamed Azeemulla ) and taken Our Camera.

We are approaching you to get know for what crime A FIR bearing no. 0197/2013 has been filled against us.

We have lost our Land, we have been molested and got beaten up and Now FIR against my family, Which Law of Land permits to do these fake things, to destroy our life, Carriers, have we not followed the LAW OF LAND.

Have we been targeting since we belong to MUSLIM backward religion.
My (Mohamed Akbar ) children’s are very professional and think in positive way ,they never do things which can hurt any body , I am ( Mohamed Akbar) glad that they represent our Country.
