My Name Is Raj Vishwakarma.My Mob:- ********45 My Complain Is Regarding Bajaj Finance.
Which Is Pune Address :- Bajaj Office Shivaji Road Near Railway Station,Shivaji Nagar Pune.
I Had Got Call Form Pooja Singh (********37) On 16 Nov 2018 Saying She Is Working In Bajaj Finance In Pune Loan Against Insurance Policy .
The Loan Amt Was 360000 For Which I Had To Remove Policy of Edilweiss Tokio Life Insurance Paying 30k By Cheque In the Name Of The Same Company. Which I Did After Loan Will Get Process In 30 Days. Tht Mean Amt Will Get Deposit On 17 December 2018 As she Said . Then i Didn’t get any Response from her about Loan Trying Her Again And Again. After Trying so Many Call n message. She Gave Me His Senior Number. (********95).
She Transfer The File and call To His Senior . On 3 January his senior Said Me My Loan Amt Has Been Approved. And my Loan amount 5,20,000/-.That I Have Got Commission Of 160000 For The Policy I Have Taken Previous Of 30k He said Me To Pay 35k Extra To Get Loan Amt Disbursed in my account. And told me to open dummy fake policy loan. He Made The Poilcy In Name of Edelweiss Tokio life Insurance . I told Him that I don’t have enough money. But also he is forcing me to arrange Money at any how. On 4 January I got a call From Pratiba Naik (********39) talking very rudely to pay money otherwise she cancel my file. If She cancel My file then I have to pay 30000 per year
Please I request to edelweiss to stop my Policy and give me better solution .
