I have purchased travel package from Religare. The sale was done by promotional offer which I have received on phone call. The sales executive has explained me the travel package scheme on phone. I have been referred by one of my friend who has purchased the same package prior to me. The sales executive from religare's end has explained me the referral scheme. According to referral scheme, I have to refer few of my known friends / relatives to buy the travel package. On their successful purchase of travel package, I was eligible for referral gift. It was promised by sales person Mr. Sameer (+********8717 or +********54570) that if I will make 4 referrals I will get one branded wrist watch, on 8 referrals there was Dinner set, on 10 referrals there was gift of Digital Camera, on 12 referrals there was Home Theatre system & on 15 referrals there was a Laptop of Dell.
So I have given contact details of my know friends & relatives whom I have personally called and explained the package. Total packages sold to my referrals were 12, which were my contacts & have successfully purchased the travel package on my reference. I have name & contact details of these persons with me.
However the company is now denying to give the promised referral gift to me. Instead company is showing eligible gift as one travel bag & one sun glass. Its been more than 10 months I am fighting with the company to receive my promised gift.
Even though I have never denied to receive gift, I am getting an email from the company saying that "Company have given you your eligible gift but you are denying for the same."
I strongly feel that I have been fraudulently cheated by the company. I am not the sole person being cheated this way. The friend who have referred me has also been promised the same referral scheme by the sales executive. All my referred persons have also acknowledge the referral scheme as mentioned by myself hereinabove.
Kindly help me with this.
