I am Mirash Muhammed, I Owned Honda CBR 150 Registered no.PY-03-A-1345. For the 3rd Service of my Bike, I just Want to book Which day they are eligible to do my Service. So that from the morning itself i keep dialing to your service station. am happy With my bike but not at all With your Service Team called Peeyem honda - Kannur, Kerala".

I Found your showroom details through internet. Firstly i dialed this no.+********2083 and one lady took phone and she said that, this is showroom if you want to service your bike dial this number and she gave one no.+********8711 So i dialed that no. and this time another lady took phone and she told me the same thing and gave that no. firstly i dialed(+********2083). This time She gave the Service no.+********3711 I hope but no sure at all. From today 11.45 to 3.00°clock I keep and Keep dialing that no. and thank god, honestly am saying sir noone even pick the Call.

This is What we expecting from a company like Honda? This is What you calling customer satisafication?

The employees in the service center dont even have the sense how to communicate with the customers, Iresponsible idiots!! Sir its your duty to teach them how to treat a customer through Phone.


Please help me out to get rid of this issue.
