I am using iPad2 since may 2013, the performance was good till last software update, after updating the latest software, my iPad started crashing in between and since last week I was not able to make video call through face time.. For which in have brought this!! No proper response from the supporting team wen ever I tried to contact them!! Who can help me??

I would suggest others b4 buying apple product next time, should take them from writing that all the applications will work properly before we sign their TC..
