It is very poor and ugly service from tata Photon side for 7 days.If we would know this nonsense service earlier we would have never taken the Photon Connection. This is completely nonsense.
I am going to lodge a compalint aginst the Photon plus in Consumer court right today and will surely disconnect photon plus and always advice others not to take Photon plus in future.

I took a new connection on 15 April from GIP Noida(Jumbo Shop). My tataphoton dealer's details is

But unfortunately i am not able to use internet connection. The error code:628 is showing while trying to connect although i submitted all the document and do the formalities but your dealer (Pankaj) didn't submitted the documents properly. i also logged 2 complain at customercare side but no meaningful advice from backward.

It is now reached 7day and i almost 4-5 time called to tataphoton customer care as well as to to dealer daily, but
not getting any solution till now. I must say that this is really worst service provided by your side.
Please either do immediate action and resolve it today or go for disconnect my connection.

I also agree with this. The dealer pankaj is a stupid guy. Tata photon should be banned in Noida and NCR.
This is a black spot in the name of TATA Groups.
