I purchased a sofaset more than a year back. During warrenty period the sofa started deforming and I informed the Manisquare eZone store from where I bought the sofa. After several attemt also they did not attend the call and at the end I put a complin in cousumercomplaint.in site. Then they responded and promised to fix the sofa. They took the sofa for fixing the sofa to their repair centre. The below are the issues.
1. Sagged Sofa
2. Side walls swollen and front walls swollen
They fixed the sofa by a non professional (as mentioned by Aniket) when I complained them that the sofa is partially fixed. I also found that the sofa PVC was damaged when I received back the sofa.
They hired another professional for repairing the sofa at my place. The person came and opened the sofa. To my surprise I saw that the foam was not replaced rather padded with packing material and it was opened multiple times and because of which the PVC is damaged. Now the sofa is still having the same issues with one more new issue like damaged PVC. When I reached them again, they are saying the PVC will get damage when they open the sofa for warrenty support and they can't do anything to that and also they are saying they can't replace the PVC.
The sofa is left with the frame only and I may need to do all the re-work again or need to throw the sofa.
I am cheated by Future Group by
1. Providing low quality product
2. Improper Service provided
3. Service done by non professionals, which damaged the sofa.
4. Breach of trust and cheating
