I bought a Samsung Smartphone Model S5360 Galaxy Y on 06/05/2013. I have been facing lot of problems with the Touch Pad since day one. I have made several visits to the retailer and he had been giving different excuses during each visit.
Mr Dilip advised me to go the Samsung service center and get it written stating there was a problem with the touch pad. He said he would replace the phone if it was so. I also sent out an email stating the problem but there was no response from their side.
I have already visited the Service Center Twice and there seems to be no resolution to my query. I visited the retailer yesterday again and spoke to Mr. Vaibhav Kadam(Store Manager) and he was not even ready to listen to my query. I requested him to give me some senior's number and he gave me the contact details for Mr. Sandesh Kadam ( +91 -********76) who doesn't pick up the phone at all.
I am really dis satisfied with the service from SSK Retails Pvt. Ltd. and want my money Rs. 6100 to be refunded now as I don't trust their products.
I would really appreciate if you could help me get my money back and would advice others not to buy any products from SSK Retails as they charge higher price as compared to other retailers.
