Today I have reserved two tickets my self and spouse from Bangaore-Chennai vice versa for the dates 01/7/2011 and 02/7/2011 at Malleswaram Booking counter/Bangalore. The PNR Nors 431-9451353 for the train no12291 and 431-9451523 for the train nor 12292. Am senior citizen and eligible for 40$ concession vide commercial circular No:18/2011 dt"13.5.2011 vide Lr.No:TC II/2161/2011/SRC/POLICY dt"13.5.2011. The Booking clerk has given 30% concession and not followed the circular in vogue, thereby incurred loss of 20% concession as eligible therefor to the senior citizen. Kindly clarify and refund my 20% concession fare at the earliest. Further its stated that there is no instructions received by them till date even to extend the concession to the Women whose age has been reduced from 60 to 58

Recently Press has also been issued and the same has been appeared in the Hindu dt"25.7.2011 of Banalore edition. I shall be highly obliged if you could arrange to verify and do the needful for which act I shall be thankful to you.
