I purchased a verna 16 SX(0) CRDI , in the name of Kawal Sodhi , C-31 Yatoo Colony shivpora , near woodland school , srinagar , Kashmir from your dealer namely CREST HYUNDAI , Jammu , Dated - 3-5-2012 (chassis no. - MALCU41ULCM061958*D ) AND ENGINE NO. - D4FBCU101545. After few days I observed that the car was releasing excessive smoke for which I approached your dealer CREST HYUNDAI in Srinagar and brought to their notice regarding the excessive smoke for which they told me that they will speak and forward the complaint to the higher authorities and even I have also sent a mail to the higher authorities (Mr.Mohan Das and Mr. Amit) . And there was no response from any of the sides.

After few days I checked the consumption of the car and found that it is giving 10.5 kilometres/litre on which I again approached YOUR DEALER IN SRINAGAR AND they diputed a technician who went on the consumption test drive and found that the car is giving 11 kilometeres/litre on this I approached your dealer and sent a mail to Mr.MohanDas but did not hear from him or your dealer till today inspite of my repeatedly mails to them.

So it is a humble request to look into the matter seriously or I will approach the consumer court . Hope to hear from you soon.
