I had placed an order online through www.zopomobiles.in for a Zopo 998 octacore dual sim phone. By mistake the amount was debited twice [Rs 24000 twice: a total of Rs 48000]. Till date I have not received either the phone Zopo 998 or the refund. My order number is Order Id : KURQF38648. They do not answer the phone and their website is now down. There have been umpteen mails that I have written for which the stock reply was that the refund will be effected immediately.
