Re CAN NO ********6 - complaint of excess and irrational billing- Issue of revised / corrected bill –Reg
In continuation of earlier tel calls (********24) I state that Bill dated 08 July,2012 was issued for an exhorbitant amount of RS 4925.65 (177units) & 03 August 2012 for Rs 1679.25 which are erroneous as ours is a residential house and our consumption never exceeded the minimum of 34 units which can be noted from the docket. Iam a retired govt official, SR Citizen and never defaulted in making payments to the utility services.
Inspite of it, I have been harassed and getting the bills showing Thousands of Rupees monthly which shows there is something wrong and fishy. The demand for such payment is illegal, malafide and amounts to UNFAIR PRACTICE.
I therefore file this objection and notice to say that I am not liable to pay the said amount shown and request to issue revised and corrected bill after reversing in the INTEREST OF NATURAL JUSTICE.
