i am a student of ignou ..my study center is sahibganj ,jharkhand and my centre code is 3605.during exams in december the examination hall goes dark by 4p.m and the exams are scheduled till 5 p.m. Here is no lighting facility besides general electricity supply which is intermittent.we had to write in the light of cellphone for 45 min.it is as dark as night and no emergency lighting facility.candles are provided to the vip..it was not a special occasion .it happens daily and people are tired of complaining? on asking the supervisor i heard a loud angry reply-"it is your problem as you are writing slow ".he talked in an infuriated way and so we let go,,,here we are supposed to complete three hour paper in 2 hours .ignou should prepare different schedule for semi urban jharhandi towns or may be the exams should be conducted in rice fields .if my complain ever falls on the ears of any person related to ignou -please change the centre as this centre is in chaos .
