rechargeitnow - even after 30 days yet to get the refund from rechargeitnow site

I recharge my sun direct account through the order id R********111 & order id R0********10. In the first transaction it shows recharge failed and in the 2nd it shows success full and for both the transaction I was charge.

When I checked my sun direct account I surprised that the account was not recharged and also "rechargeitnow" debited my card for both the transaction. I registered the compliant several time through the "rechargeitnow" website and email but no response from they except an automated message.

I checked there website but no contact no are available.

Whether this type of abuse can be registered in cyber crime.
