sir,

I had purchased a water purifier from Eureka forbes model REVIVA, during june 2011, but since then the machine is not functiong properly, several times the complaints were lodged with customer care, Anna nagar and they too relplaced allmost all the spares in the machine, but still the machine is a defective one.

Hence we demanded for a total replacement as the machine is covered under warrenty period until now. But the authorities are refusing for such replacement and instead insisting on replacing the spares which they have already done many times, hence kindly help us in this regard.

In fact the same type of machine is used by the other co-occupants of the appartments and it is working perfectly, the water is useabe drinking water from borewell and does not contain much of sediments, and the machine is used for only one adult and two children only, hence the usage is quite less, and we are living in the groud floor and the water tank is fitted in the second floor of the appartments, therefore the water pressure is also quite normal.
