I have registered my Micromax Canvas 4 mobile with eTechies.in purchased from flipkart.com for Rs 585 with order ID OD31202020684
It is a 2 year extended warrenty. I have purchased my device on 7/11/2014

My policy number is 20130********

Recently the display of the mobile got complaint and i registered a claim in etechies.in
Message shows claim got registered. But i was not able to track the claim
After that i tried to send mail to there email id, claims@etechies.in. I got an autogenerated mail that they received the mail and will respond back soon. But even after 2 weeks they are not responding back
I tried to mail to support@eTechies.in, still no reply from them

I strongly believe they are online frauds.

I want my money back from flipkart.com or eTechies.in

And please barn eTechies.in
