i had taken electric connection no. 101910 since last seven year since nov 2009 they do not send us the bill upto jan 2012 which listed a total use of 107 unit for which they ask to pay rs. 4173 also i had paid a sum of rupees 7627 in aug 2011 on asking by a official of dvvnl. then, since jan 2012 they had listed meter as faulty for which ihad complaint which is changed by department in march 2012 with sealing certificate no.01973/19. after that no one had come to check meter and not it is updated in upcoming bills. i had send send written complaint to consumer grievance redrassal forum and when ihad not get any reply i also complaint to electricity regulatory commission uttar pradesh on 3/12/12 since then they neither reply nor rectify my problem.
