hi Team,

I was working with feather lite Furnitures for more than two years. Initially when I got the offer from the Owner of the company, He informed to produce my original certificates for security purpose and that's were I made the mistake as i thought but when I joined the company and saw lot of employees are joined by producing the original certificates and working like a slave for more years. The Owner of the company plays very well with the employee certificates and inform the employee it is for safety purpose but when the employee have to relieve from the organization. He will not give on time nor the full and final settlement is given on time , in my case I didnt receive the full amount as he said I resigned and I didn't met his expected level - Guys I work from 8 am to 10 PM daily not even Sunday is not holiday.

I Made a big mistake in my career by submitting my certificates and wasted my career in life. Past two years I didnt receive any increments or additional bonus or incentives.. My career had a big impact of delay and my salary was offer very low and now I am running out of money and no proper career with other companies.

Guys Please don't submit your certificates if you have done the same please please please understand i am facing finance issues now without money... so, please dont work or join this company for any reason .. he will also not give you any information of salary or certificate if you are working over there .. or he will not give you any confirmation or acknowledge letter of receipt of your certificates..

So, GOD PLEASE HELP OTHERS NOT TO FALL IN THIS TYPE OF COMPANIES..
