My Car Elite I20 had met an accident and got a dent on back door and little scratch on rear quater pannel. for this work I gave my vehicle to Gave Hyundai service center on 29 Feb, 2016 and they gave my vehicle to me back on 19 March,2016. delivery time was about 7PM and after completing all formalities I took my vehicle outside of showroom and found that there was color mismatch. they asked me to use the vehicle and come after some time saying that they have some issue with paint machine.
after that I gave them vehicle again on 6 April-2016 and they kept the vehicle for till now and it has been 7 days now. Again they have mismatched the color and also to hide their mistake they painted front door too without my knowledge. Front door was not having even a single scratch and now they have removed the original color. Earlier only back door and rear quarter panel was having mismatch but now because of them whole driver side is having paint mismatch.
they have kept my vehicle for more than a month now and looks now that they are practicing on my vehicle.I want to sue them in court, so raising this complaint. Please check on this matter.
