I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT I AM RECEIVING EXOBERENT BILLS FOR MY ABOVE MENTIONED CONSUMER NO, EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO GO TO THE CONCERNED M.S.E.B. OFFICE FOR CORRECTION, FROM THERE THEY GIVE ME MOB. NO. OF SOME STAFF TO CONTACT AND GET THE CURRENT READING, AFTER GETTING THE CURRENT READING THEY SEND ME TO ANOTHER OFFICER FOR RECTIFYING MY BILL, EVERY TIME THEY MAKE THE CORRECTION IN MY BILL AND MAKE ME PAY A LUMP SUMP AMOUNT, THEY SAY THAT YOUR NEXT BILL WILL GET RECTIFIED AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO COME BACK, THIS IS THE THIRD MONTH I AM FACING THE SAME SITUATION, WILL YOU PLEASE TELL ME AS TO WHAT SHOULD BE DONE REGARDING THE SAME, OLD COMPLAINT.
