HARMAN International India Pvt. Ltd. - Earphone not received on a prepaid order from Harman but its showing delivered

I have ordered an earphone (JBL T110 In Ear Headphones) from Harman on 18th Feb, 2018 through net payment of ₹ 899 and even after 10 days I haven't received my PREPAID order. So, I tracked it via their online website and its showing delivered. Thereafter, I contacted the respective support sales team by mailing at info@harmanaudio.in. But sadly they didn't respond to my queries and after so many deliberate attempts I got to know that my product is delivered. Since, I haven't received it so I demanded proof of the delivery and they shared with me their logistic partner,i.e., DOTZOT signed delivery sheet. But in the delivery sheet someone else had already signed or written my name and have taken my earphone. Clearly, I can prove that its not my signature. How can they casually handover my product to anybody without verifying the ID card. I haven't received any phone call from Harman regarding this. I'm constantly trying to reach them out for the same from the past 10 days but have been disappoint every time. Please help me on this.
