Flight - E-ticket not received + No refund for the amount paid

Hi,

I had tried booking an air ticket from makemytrip.com. I did with the help of online netbanking. The entire amount got deducted from my bank account but I did not receive any confirmation and air ticket. When I called up customer care, I am hearing different stories at different times. Sometimes they will tell money is on the way to being transferred,sometimes they will say this is a technical glitch and will be resolved by technical team,sometimes they will say accounts department is co ordinating with the Bank.

AT THE END , I HAVE BEEN FULLY CHARGED WITHOUT ANY E-TICKETS AND NEITHER THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ANY REFUND OR ASSURING ANYTHING.I AM RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST AND CALLING THEM HUNDREDS OF TIMES WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.
PATHETIC SERVICE,PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE,TOTAL HARRASSMENT FOR CUSTOMERS.

Make my trip never gave me my e-ticket and they told me that they will refund the total amount in 3 working days and now today is 6th working day and still i did not get refund.When I called up customer care,they told me to wait for another 3-4 working days.This is ridiculous.Again after 3 working days they will again want another 3 working days.PATHETIC. They are providing horrible service.

I talked again with the customer care.Every time they come up with new stories.They have a supervisor named Pankaj who calls himself the system manager - a horrible person who will convince saying in 2 hours makemytrip will give a call back which they never give.No action is taken against my complaint . They always say to make booking again so that they can charge twice. The customer care agents will misguide you like anything.I am totally at bay with their service and at my wits end what to do. They will make u hold for more than 1 hour and then they will disconnect the call - this has been happening with me for the past 15 hours.
