It's an e-managment site which takes mobile phones, inspects them and then offers a price, for which I've approved and it's 9608/-. I approved the payment on the 21st of October 2016 and I still haven't received my payment yet. My mobile has been taken. Been following up since then, and this is all what I get "Dear Customer,
