EPF Online Passbook

Hi,

My PF number is GNGGN00253********0695 and I am not getting PF online passbook. PF Passbook contain detail
"Passbook cannot be generated
Reason: In-operative member
Contact:EPFO Office"

However I am getting the PF balance detail through SMS service but not getting online passbook.

Pls advice how can I get my online passbook.
