Dear Sir/Mam,

Times tour and travel had send email and then phoned me on 29 Dec 2017 to offer national package of Rs. 5,990 with a free gift of mobile, laptop AC or LCD. They offer me this because they said you did shopping on paytm and you are lucky customer to have this deal. When i asked about surety they provide me with their website, email address, mobile number and their company address. I placed an order online and they offered me that if I will pay through PAYTM wallet I will get extra 10% cashback so I paid through my PAYTM wallet to ********01. Since that day I did not receive any voucher, welcome gift and my free gift apart from a order confirmation email and certificate of my national package. I just found that this is a fraud they have done through using PAYTM. Please advise me that how I will get my money back?
