Hi,
I am Relaince Netconnect user from last 5 year,Now I am facing issue of HSD connection from last 21/09/2014 to still date.Upon continuously follow up with your customer care & Appellate Authority Team my personal mobile calling bill was increased by 700Rs & lost of data usage (MDN ********94) from 21/09/2014.Also the my previous 5GB plan not converted into 10GB plan from 12 Aug 2014 & bill was charged accordingly 10 GB from 20 Aug 2014.
Now I become in stage to surrender my data card (MDN ********94) to avoid my personal money loss & mentally harassment. Kindly take in grant of unused of data from last 13days.Also bill was charged according 10GB from 20 Aug 2014 but actual 10 GB plan will not provide me.

So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
