We got this maid service agency to help us getting live in maid and got into contract for 6 months. In liu of the same , paid commissions to them for about INR 10,000/-. Maid worked only for about a month and left but agency breached the contract by not providing replacement which is promised in the contract. They do not pick the calls now and no response for 3 months.
We got to know this agency by just dial and maid an agreement for one year for providing full time maid. Ms. Vijaya ********77 MBL no who represents this agency introduced maid Saroja who worked for only one month and left. This maid seems to be characterless which we came to know later.we tried to call agency and Vijaya but they are such irresponsible person and not responding to calls. They have taken 12k as commission and maid took 12 k as fees.
Now iam going to lodge a police complaint.
Don't trust this agency.
