I want to inform you that I have been duped by a transport company named Santa Fe Logistics packers and Movers based in C-89 Palam Vihar,and Corp Off- Plot55 Atul Kataria Chowk, Gurgaon. It all started 4 months back. I had to shift my things from Delhi to Chennai after relocating my place. I ordered and paid for the same to a transport company named Santa Fe online after confirming its location in Gurgaon, and paid for the same in online transfer to the Person concerned name Sukhbir who resides somewhere on 121 Ft Road Palam Vihar, Near Krishna Chowk, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Note no plot number has been mentioned as I discovered it later afterwards. Mr. Sukhbir was the owner of the transport logistics to whom Santa Fe company had tranferred contract for movement of items. All items were insured under the contract. After I reached my place, I discovered later that my newly bought LG LED TV worth about Rs 50000. I panicked and contacted the person concerned Sukhbir to whom payment was made. But this person started giving false assurances. Since his location was unknown somewhere in Gurgaon I tried to contact him again he told that he has no dues left directly and I could never talk to him on his number 0********84 thereafter as he was smart enough. There after I made many complaints against him but all went in vain. I have filed a case against him but his whereabouts seems untraceable somewhere on 121 Ft Gaushala Road, Gurgaon. I visited the Office of Santa Fe on the but was shocked no office existed there on any of these address. Further the e-mail ID does not exist there.
I am extremely sure he is still running his company with the name changed.

Its my strong advise to all do not pay any transport company online, and especially based in Palam Vihar Gurgaon with pretty much sure about the genuinity because some persons not going by how genuine they show them, they are there sitting to dupe you. Thank you
