Dear Sir, I purchased one Dunlop tyre 155/70/13 for my Santro car dtd.17/6/13 against invoice no. 7964 from M/S ABN Automobiles Pvt. Ltd B 35.sec 16, Noida. UP. Dealer written unconditional guarantee for one year and three year warranty on pro rata basis. Unfortunately with in two month this Tyre got cut from side. When I contacted above said dealer for replacement of tyre, he demanded half of the cost of tyre to get it replaced from company. This is not valid under guarantee I should get tyre replaced free of cost. I tried to lodge my complaint on web site of Dunlop. Surprisingly all phone nos. given on site for all the Dunlop offices are no more valid. Either all the no.s have changed or purposefully not given correctly so that complainants can not give their complaints. I checked every where and found Dunlop company in India belongs to Ruia group. Then I went on corporate site of Ruia group. On corporate site many no. are given out of which only one No. is operational . After long trial I could be able to get through the no. and receptionist transferred my no. to extn. no.265 . There some Mr. Pankaj talked to me rudely. When I said about wrong phone no.s given on Dunlop site ,he replied all the no. have changed. Any way I told him my whole tyre story to this gentlemen but he said company can not do anything. This is matter between dealer and consumer so solve yourself and disconnected the phone. I again tried same no. then some Mr. Shyam picked up the phone. I again narrated the whole story to him , he said I am busy so call tomorrow. This is something unethical I asked him to give some other no. but he refused to give. Ultimately I asked him to give no. of Mr. Ruia who is owner of company. He replied you do whatever you want Tyre will not be replaced. I am shocked by the behavior and customer service provided by the company. Please look in to this and help me. Thanks Sanjay Gupta
