I sent an urgent courier from Nilgiris to Chennai and I was assured that it would take just one day. Four days later it was not delivered.

When i checked up it had reached the head office in Chennai and I was informed that since it was Saturday, it would be delivered on Monday (when they are already late and the distance is only one km). Nobody bothered to keep me informed during this. Even by Monday evening it was not delivered and I had to personally get it picked up.

The queries put up on the site were never replied. The query on email was only acknowledged. On repeated reminder, they just posted that i should be happy that the consignment has reached.
