I live in 1st Cross OMBR Layout.
I see that the students of CMR Law college and their friends frequently coming in cars to my street and drinking in Public. To be fair to them, they have not causing any additional nuisance or Harassment though. Main places of Issue are 1st Cross and a Tea join called T4U.
