Big Bazar Future value retail - Double payment by debit card against one bill of Rs4113/- of Big Bazar

On 27th March 2011, I purchased goods worth Rs4113/- from Big Bazar and offered my state bank ATM cum debit card at the bill counter to make payment. The staff present there swiped the card in the machine and I also entered the PIN but he told that it was not working. So I gave him another ATM-debit card of PNB by which the payment was made finally. But to my surprise I came to know later on 28th March that the payment has been deducted from my accounts through both the cards. So I have paid double amount to Big Bazar Rs8226/- (4113+4113) against purchase of Rs4113/-

Now Big Bazar is saying that they have recieved only one payment through PNB card and no payment through SB card but State bank of Patiala, NDRI, Karnal where I have saving account is saying that the payment has been made to Big Bazar. The statement of both accounts and bill of Big Bazar Future value Retail) are also with me.

I purchased few materials on 14th August 2011 from Bigbazar and I found my account has been twice deducted. So far no body is prepared to attend my genuine plead. Pl advice what to do . Total Lost Rs 1446.00

I didn't support this complaint made for Big Bazar. Because most of the time payment made in One time but your account is Double Swipe. you can claim through log a complain in SBI H.O. complain No. (mentioned in SBI Card), they check the same is transferred or not in an other account from your account.
