We had given our Acer laptop timeline series 5830T to Dolphin System, Thane as there was a problem with Bazel & OS. While taking back the laptop Purnima & Suhas asked us to sign on the paper which mentioned that they have changed LCD Cover, BEZEl & Hinges, but we recognized that the bazel had not been actually changed. After taking objection we spoke to Ravindra & then they changed the parts. After this issue the problem with the laptop increased & started overheating, the speakers were also not working properly & the bazel also gets open again & again. After 20 days we again took the laptop to Dolphin for the increased problems which occurred after given our laptop to them. They kept our laptop for ten days without making any solution & this time the LCD screen was full of scratches. We also gave a complain to Amrish Mahajan, Ravindra & Pritesh Joshi from Acer. Pritesh & Ravindra said they would change the LCD Screen & give us a screen which has less scratches. So now when we give our laptop to such service stations we should be ready to accept that the product will now be compromised with adulterated parts. Now Ravindra says to visit the Navi Mumbai service centre. So why are we buying Acer products , just to take them for service from one service centre to another & just make the problem worse. Are this service centres trustworthy where even the Acer people are involved in adultering the original parts of laptop. Now the company says they will give half the amount of laptop to us. We had purchased the laptop for Rs 40,000, How can we accept half the amount of it?
