I ordered a 'Hermes' phone cover from this company via a UK website (not realising they were based in China). It was a moment of madness really as it was expensive at £34.66 + Postage - I had had a similar one and really liked it and the picture looked the same.

I ordered a blue, cow leather case for Iphone 5
I received a black, vinyl purse

I complained and whilst I didn't originally expect a response and thought I was foolish to have bought it I have now had protracted and convoluted weeks of communication (or lack of with this company). They didn't even recognise that the item they sent (which I sent pictures of) was different to the one I ordered and didn't understand why I wasn't happy.

I have now given up.

In short I want to prevent others from falling into similar trap.

The materials are poor and the items rubbish. Not worth £5 sterling let alone £35....just market tat.
