As Mr. ANil Chandok is running his guest house on his son's name in Gurgaon Dlf phase 1 by the name of legend hospitality . I being from the hospitality industry helped them to get the business of room booking and conferences . I was associated with him from April 2014 - december 2014 . He agreed on giving the commission of 20 % on each booking but now when i am asking about my payments in cheque he is refusing and Mentally harassing me . I need to take around INR 45000 from him but now he is not taking my calls and not replying me as he is buzy in some business deals .

He clearly said me that he is not interested in giving my hard earned money which i am entitle of .

I would request the authorities as he is running the guest house without the permission of the government illegally to take a serious action against it . And help me to get my money back .

If you want me to present the evidence who are aware that he has to pay my money i can call them as well.

Being a Part of the youth i would request the Government to take some necessary actions against these kind of people who dont allw the youth to do fair business.
