Train No.7057; Mumbai to Secunderabad; PNR No.********44; Dt of Journey 15th NOV,2010; Booking done thru website online and requested for lower berths. But got allotment of Berth Nos.40,48,56,64 in B2 coach (3A). TTE did not tell us that all r upper berths, when our tickets were checked. There was no indication anywhere regarding the position (Lower or Upper) of these berths in

...display chart with kept on the board and train
...chart with TTE
...the berth nos diplayed at the seats.

I had to face severe embarrassment from other passenger who actually was the allottee.
I was wokenup at midnight and had to face heated reactions, for no fault of mine.
Even TTE in the midnight told me that I had to use COMMONSENSE to know the position of the berth.
I dont know how many more like me may be facing embarrassing moments.
