A complaint was made by me regarding the defect in the recliner. A complaint was lodged by me on Dec 10,2013 vide complaint no.528438. Despite repeated reminders my complaint has not been redressed till date. The technician from the company on 24 jan,2014 has brought the part which was to be replaced and since then it is lying in my house. So in these circumstances you should see to it that my complaint is redressed at the earliest otherwise I will be compelled to take legal action against the company at your cost and risk.
