Discrimination with Indians in Dubai (A serious issue for Human rights Association)
UAE Withhold my original medical reports of suspected tuberculosis.
Brutal law of deportation on an assumption based T.B scar in United Arab Emirates.
My name is Charanjeet Singh, an Indian national.
March 2013, I received employment in a law firm in D.I.F.C. (Dubai International Financial Centre), when I appeared for medical test at al Muhaisna medical centre (A part of Dubai D.H.A i.e (Dubai Health Authority), suspected that i have old T.B scar and I was deported immediately without giving me, a right to appeal.
Neither I, while working and staying in my home country or Dubai, nor my parents had any kind of T.B infection in their lifetime.
I went to A.I.I.M.S (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) hospital at New Delhi and done all my checkups i.e. Skin test (Mantoux) twice, Chest x-ray, Blood test, 3 times Sputum test and a Chest C.T Scan too on special advise by senior doctor to have a close look at the scar.
Based on my test reports, A.I.I.M.S issued me the Certificate stating that I do not have any active T.B. Senior doctors (A.I.I.M.S) asked me why did they deported you when there is no sign of T.B in our body??
Dubai Health Authority was not ready to give me anything about my sickness in written.
I ask International Health Authorites, does a patient has no right to claim his or her own medical reports ?
Latest report of December 2013 at Asia’s well knownTuberculosis Hospital in New Delhi i.e.(L R S - T.B Hospital) have checked my all reports and done my chest x-ray and culture test thrice at their hospital. All reports are negative as on date.
I really felt humiliation from U.A.E and felt depressed about this brutal and outdated law of deporting the patients just like a prisoner after he completes his punishment. I never expected this kind of behavior from U.A.E as happened with me.
http://www.thenational.ae/news/uae-news/health/deportation-laws-reform-lies-dormant clearly mentioned by Dr. Mario Raviglione (Director at W.H.O), this is absolute discrimination and it is major issue of Human rights.
Assuming the current scenario in the future, how can i suggest my Indian brothers and sisters to work or visit U.A.E.
I have lost a lot because of an outdated law, I wish from my core - no one should face the same in their life without any reason.
Already wrote letters to C.G.I, M.E.A, M.O.I.A, C.G.I.DUBAI, INDIAN EMBASSY U.A.E
Now my next step is to file an R.T.I on all the governing head for (C.G.I, M.E.A, M.O.I.A, C.G.I. DUBAI, and INDIAN EMBASSY U.A.E) for not taking any action on my issue as on date.
Ultimately I would only demand the suspension of all guilty officers who have not taken any action on my issue and did not make it possible for me to again go back and work in U.A.E which was very much possible. I could just see the helpless and impotency of the above mentioned ministries to do this small task being a vast and powerful country.
Officers at (C.G.I, M.E.A, M.O.I.A, C.G.I. DUBAI, and INDIAN EMBASSY U.A.E) are getting heavy salaries sitting on their relaxing chair and eating the funds of Indian government like a highly corrupt officer from top to bottom
If i did not get revert on this, i have to file R.T.I.
Better to do your duty properly, instead of sitting silent like a corrupt officer.
If possible Indians news channels will do question the culprits still working on senior positions in the above mentioned government offices.
I have raised an online petition to get support from general public.

If there is even one honest officer working in (C.G.I, M.E.A, M.O.I.A, C.G.I. DUBAI, and INDIAN EMBASSY U.A.E) he will work on this issue promptly without any further delay.
Expecting necessary action to be taken on this matter at the earliest.
