Online purchase of tickets of batman vs superman on Tuesday 22/3/2016 at 10.20 pm through book my show was done.1)book my show reflected tickets available for this film on that day with 3 movie halls showing availability including highland park.hence we purchased online for the tickets of the same.Due to some discrepancy, between hard copy and soft copy where one of the tickets showed 22nd of kapoor and sons,where as the other 3 tickets showed 24th batman vs superman.The men at the checkpost allowed us inspite of having tickets of different dates.as we were in a hurry we couldn't check ourselves because the system took a long time. we were all allowed entry in the hall inspite of carrying a 24th ticket.scince one ticket was different we assumed that it was a printing error.the entrance ticket chekpost should have stopped us right there and helped us with the problem by making us aware.2)on entering the hall,the hall attendant saw our ticket and asked us to take our seats.in spite of seeing the ticket again he did not inform us.after that there was utter confusion as there was another group with similar discrepancies.we were hence confused whether we had tickets of batman vs superman or kapoor and sons as there was one different ticket as mentioned before.the price of kapoor and sons were rs 80. Where as batman vs superman was rs 260 hence we have faced a loss.As one would not buy higher priced tickets and go intentionally for a lesser priced film.We would like u to look into the matter as soon as possible and take strict action against the inox management .It would be a humble request of refunding the difference we have lost.we are a regular customer of inox and we would not like to take consumer action .we have the hard copies of different tickets which we are attaching.
