I had ordered an item of Rs. 18,500/- from http://www.discreetsextoy.in/ after discussion on Whatsapp and telephone conversation with Mr. Bunty Singh on Tel. no. 0********27 displayed on Site on 9th & 10th January, 2017. On 12th January, 2017 they sent a SMS for Delhivery Courier Tracking. On 16th January, I received a SMS from Mr Ram (Tel. No. 0********26) of their store department to pay cash & collect the item. On delivery I found a cheap Chinese item in the package. I called Mr. Ram & Mr. Bunty Singh, left message on their site and also sent an email addressing their 3 email IDs and asked them to pick-up their package & refund my money or replace the item. Till 21st they kept telling me that they are arranging the pickup. On 22nd evening they told that replacing the item is not possible. I can do whatever I like.
