I have a connect broadband connection 01********5 on the name of my father. Actually I am facing a problem from 12th August about disconnection of link. I made a complain (4122162) on 27th or 28th August 2014. No body from connect visited at my home and after my complaint they sent a message from mobile number ********55 and mentioned (your problem has been resolved and if you satisfy press Y or not then press N). I did not give any response. I thought problem might be solved but I was wrong and faced same problem on 4th September 2014 at night and again I made a complaint got a reference number (4135093). Couple of guys (Mr. Hari Om and Mr. Divas Kansal) have visited at my house and they were lasted about 60-90 mins at my house and take me in faith and ask to tackle the problem as soon as possible but output was zero. Third complaint number I got (4151007) on 13th September because problem is at the same place.
There is no response from the company and even ask me that you need to visit at our Patiala office and meet with our head office. I am not the only person who has this problem, one of my neighbor has same problem. I had already requested few times to them but no good satisfy reaction. I am making payment every month Rs/- 730.00. They making me mentally harass and making bill every month. If they cannot give me good service why they charging us? Please I do not know what should I do?? Please I need your favor. I am looking forward to hear you soon.
