Very regretfully informing that i am a suffering customer who got my TVS Centra bike serviced from the service station and after which my bike has stopped working. i am in a pathetic state since a week. I am regularly informing the authority their reply is with a promise that it will be done in a day or two but no action has been taken since a week. The authority seems to be least bothered in solving there customers problem.Is there no moral duty of even the customer care and head office to deal the problem but the are on a relaxed side. I want the authoriy to take an immediate action.
