Gilma - Disatisfication with Gilma products- Gilma stove and their disgusting service

We bought a Gilma stove and chimney in an exhibition, near to 1 yr all burners were troubling, if one works the other will stops. So i complained to the service centre in hyderabad and they visited intially to check the burners condition and asked us to get ready all the bills and warranty. So we made everything ready and called them to replace burners they said the stock is not there it will take some more time.
Almost followed up to 3 to 4 months, escalated to manager also. Then they came and said some bills are missing we can't give them in warranty, the cost of each them are more than 2000apprx.
When they came before to confirm the burners condition, they took the order bill with them and now they are saying that they did'nt take it.
For replacing the burner they almost done their inspection and ordered them also, after regular follow up, finally they came and instead of giving the new burners they said some bill is missing, how could this be possible when they came for inspection they said everything is fine, once we get the burners from b'lore we will install the new one.
Now after long gap they say it is must that bill shuld be there to replace them, from where shuld i get them as it is alrdy with them. Even the manager doesn't know how to handle the customers, it was a disgusting expr with Gilma product.
It's better we go with familiar products itself and to buy them @ shops itself.

We spent almost 12k+ on both of them, but the product didn't worked for 1 yr also. Technology is so improved, they can find the details of the product they sold to us in their database atleast, so that this will not repeat. They can serve customers better if they follow some ethics.

Complainant's Goal: Atleast in warranty they should serve customer properly.

This is regarding the Gilma chimney of model DURA 60. It's been nealry a month of duration and the problem is not yet resolved. The service men came 3 times and did nothing. The device is still under warranty and they are not replacing the part that was not working. Gilma has worst service men and one of the worst customer support. I will not recommend any of the Gilma products.
