When I last visited my home in India, I have posted 3 photo frames (of my wedding pictures) of sizes 20×30 (1 number) and 20×24 (2 numbers), from Visakhapatnam to Scotland (UK) via Globalskys Xpress courier services. The frames are worth Rs. 4000/- and I paid Rs.7000/- towards courier charges to the said company. But the items were TOTALLY broken when received in the destination due to improper packaging. We were shattered by looking at the broken wedding pictures. I have submitted a compliant letter along with the copies of all the bills I paid towards photo printing, framing, courier charges and also submitted the pictures of broken frames to the said company on 21 March, 2013. I repeatedly requested them to take the needful action regarding my compliant but nothing of that sort happened till date. Above all, the staff gives arrogant answers when I call the office regarding my compliant.
