clay telecom - Disappointment is an understatement

While I had bought a sim card from Clay for Thailand, I thought it would be rather convenient to still carry my indian number, in case of emergencies. I was quite unaware of the poor services that Clay Sims is rather famous for. My Thai sim wasn’t working after a day of usage so like any other person, I called the same guy who sold me the sim card. It was my mistake that I called him from my Indian number, and even after the issue was resolved they kept on calling on my indian number non stop for follow ups and stood me an outstanding bill of Rs 5000/- for no reason. I would just like to ask them who is responsible for paying this bill?? Terrible service and senseless sales team! Disappointment is an understatement.
