2) Informed dealer M/S PATTOM REFREGERATIONS & AIRCONDITINERS KARAVALOOR PUNALUR QUILON dist KERALA state,
no response or guidense help from the dealer even A/C in warranty period.

3) Contacted customer service for repair, very poor response found,

4) The time of complaint call, they used promise to attend the fault and
after receipt of several call they send UNSKILLED technical man(x2) attended.
